Grown in the sun-rich region of Weejawa, Sumba, this Robusta coffee reflects the bold and untamed character of its origin. Cultivated at an elevation of around 500 MASL, the beans develop a deeper, more intense profile shaped by the warm climate.
Using a wine process, this coffee undergoes a controlled fermentation that enhances its complexity and richness. At Talasi, we refine this process to achieve a cleaner, more structured cup elevating Robusta beyond its conventional profile.
When brewed, expect a full-bodied experience with distinct notes of cereal malt and fermented fruit. The flavor is rich, layered, and lingers with a strong yet balanced finish.
